Litho-Ceramics offers a wide range of design and surface variants for the creation of high-quality ceramic facades.

Largest slab formats and storey-high moldings are suspended in the aluminum substructure without visible fastening.

The slabs consist of a 6 millimeter thick face layer on a maximum 19 millimeter thick lightweight concrete support and are highly resistant to mechanical damage. Top layers up to 12 mm thick are also possible.

Compensation of unevenness due to flexible substructure, weather resistant, frost resistant.

Fastening:

Non-visible fastening on an aluminum substructure.

37 or 45 kg / m² depending on the version with 6 mm ceramic.

Thermal insulation:

Mineral wool insulation (WLG 032 and 035).

Fire behavior:

Non-combustible building material class A2-s1 d0 according to DIN EN 13501 and flame retardant building material class B1 according to DIN 4102-1.

Impact resistance:

E5 – classification expected, DIN 14019, highest resistance to mechanical impact.

THE I-CATCHER!

Modern architectural facades include plastic structures. We can easily implement such designs with our ceramic elements: Molded parts in storey-high design up to a length of 3.60 m.

The special material properties of ceramic composite panels make it possible to produce molded parts that look as if they have been cast from a single mold and have a significantly reduced dead weight. In this way, monolithic-looking, three-dimensional moldings such as corners, angles or U-shells can be produced.

The variety of surfaces and colors for the Litho-Ceramics VHF system gives you enormous design versatility and freedom. Some of the surfaces look like natural stone, others like concrete. You can even simulate aesthetically rusty metal surfaces with Litho-Ceramics.
