Telling Rainscreens Ltd is a Rainscreen façade supplier, designer and advisor for the industry. Supplying Rainscreen cladding systems in terracotta with Argeton to the UK through SBS Cladding by Taylor Maxwell and supplying Lithodecor directly to sub-contract installers. The TRL head office is based in Wolverhampton for sales support with stock holding close by. The design department works in close contact with the sales support team to provide clients with the product that exceeds their expectations. TRL as a company are now ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited.

Russell Clark

Managing Director

Russell is the Managing Director and a chartered Structural Engineer and a Member of the Institute of Structural Engineers. He has over 25 years of experience designing façade systems, attaining BBA Certification for Argeton in the UK along with management of several full-scale test walls to CWCT standards. The coordination, engineering and management of projects that he has been involved in, range from terracotta façades to stone, GRC, porcelain, metal panel, zinc, fibre-cement panels and stainless steel applications, from house extensions to high rise residential towers in the UK and the USA.

Dawn Fasey

Office Manager

Dawn is our Office Manager. She has 20 years of experience in this role and oversees logistics, purchasing and sales order processing. Customer service focused and a trouble-shooter, Dawn’s management of the projects and coordination with our suppliers provides a streamline service for all parties and takes the stress out of the supply chain. Efficient, honest and delivers quality service and product every time. She is the part of the company that keeps all the pieces together.

Peter Kirk

Design Director

Peter is the Design Director. He has 25 years’ experience in façade design, management and scheduling, and has previously held roles of construction director. Peter has a vast knowledge of façade systems and manufacturing and extensive experience in providing design and management services across all sectors in the construction industry including residential, commercial, transport (including some major UK hubs) and education in the USA, the UK and Europe.

Lukasz Konopka

CAD Technician

Lucas is our CAD Technician. He is a Façade Engineer, CAD Designer and Project Coordinator with over 16 years of experience. He has a Master of Architecture and Visual Arts degree which combined with his knowledge of our systems offers an invaluable service. Responsible for design, scheduling and management of projects he provides a key service for our company.

Minerva Lopez

Head of Marketing

Minerva is our Head of Marketing. She has worked in several areas in the supply chain and manufacturing within the Construction Industry for the past 16 years of which the last 11 have been in Façades. She has a Degree in Psychology with specialisation in Marketing and Communications and has previously held directorship roles. She is responsible for our Customer Relationships System and looks after our website and publications.

The technical background to our business is complemented by our partnership with Taylor Maxwell who are our sales arm. Taylor Maxwell have 16 strategic locations nationwide where the Argeton system and finishes can be viewed, and an enviable team of sales professionals who have got strong relationships with top architectural practices, Main Contractors and the leading building façade contractors. Over 60 years of experience have led Taylor Maxwell to understand the challenges of the construction industry and to perfect a sales process with the needs of the installer in mind.

Telling Architectural Systems is our commercial partner for the supply of Argeton Terracotta and the brick slip Corium system by Wienergberger in the USA. With offices in the state of New York and a network of representatives over several States, Telling Architectural Systems are able to reach the architectural community in the US where they are well known and highly regarded. Our technical support is in perfect synergy with Telling Architectural Systems’ understanding of the challenges and the moving parts of an ever evolving industry in a market driven by a set of completely different rules to those of the UK. Our strong partnership plays a key role in the success the system in North America, success that is corroborated by dozens of prestigious schemes.

Telling Facades is our counterpart in Ireland. They are an established team of consultants with over 20 years successfully delivering Argeton Terracotta projects all across Ireland. Their expertise and their passionate approach means they are often the first call for architects and façade contractors looking at rainscreen cladding solutions in Ireland. It is a privilege to be able to work alongside a team of knowledgeable and driven professionals providing them support in the technical aspects of the façade system.
